1. Tap Yongquan Acupoint
Location: The Yongquan acupoint is located in the center of the sole, between the second and third metatarsal bones, and it is slightly concave when tiptoeing.
Massage: After washing the feet before bedtime, sit on the bed and use the palm of the right hand to tap the Yongquan acupoint on the left foot 120 times, then use the palm of the left hand to tap the Yongquan acupoint on the right foot 120 times.
