Massage the Pericardium Meridian

You can massage each acupoint along the Pericardium Meridian one by one. Each acupoint should be pressed until it feels sore, and then press a few more times. It is best to press until it no longer feels sore. The pressure does not need to be too heavy, and hold the pressure for a few seconds. On average, massage each acupoint for 2-3 minutes.
If you find it troublesome to find the acupoints, you can directly tap the Pericardium Meridian. Tap along the meridian, which is very effective for unblocking the Qi mechanism.
Rub the Middle Ditch Acupoint
