Tuina Exercise
1. Take deep breaths for more than 10 times to promote the circulation of qi and blood throughout the body;
2. Rub both eyes for 20 times each;
3. Massage the eye sockets for 10 times each;
4. Rub and press the forehead for 20 times;
5. Rub and press the temples for 15 times each;
6. Divide and push the front of the forehead for 20 times;
7. Push both Yingxiang points for 20 times each;
8. Push both Tinggong points for 20 times each;
9. Push the cheeks upwards for 20 times each;
10. Rub Baihui point and both hands for 20 times each;
11. Press and rub both Fengchi points for 20 times each;
12. Rub Dazhui point with both hands for 15 times each;
13. Press and rub both Feishu points for 20 times each;
14. Press and rub both Pishu points for 30 times each;
15. Rub and wipe both Shenshu points for 40 times each;
16. Wipe the waist and sacrum for 30 times each;
17. Rub Shanzhong point with both hands for 20 times each;
18. Rub Zhongwan point with both hands for 40 times each;
19. Rub Qihai point with both hands for 30 times each;
20. Wipe the upper chest for 20 times each;
21. Wipe both Zhangmen points for 30 times each;
22. Wipe the lower abdomen for 30 times each;
23. Rub and hold both shoulders for 20 times each;
24. Hold and press both Jianyu points for 20 times each;
