Effective Methods of Foot Massage for Detoxification and Weight Loss

1. Massage the toes

Method: Hold the big toe with both hands and massage back and forth. You can do it many times a day, 2 minutes each time. You can use the same method to massage the outside of the little toe. 4. Tap the soles

Method: Tap the soles with rhythm, focusing on the center of the foot. Tap until there is a slight pain. Tap each foot about 100 times, completing the exercise in about 2 minutes.

Effect: Tap the soles with fists before going to bed every night to eliminate fatigue, promote blood circulation throughout the body, enhance the detoxification function of the internal organs, keep the excretion function of blood vessels unobstructed, and speed up fat burning.

5. Shake the feet

Method: Lie down and lift both feet, then swing them in the air. After that, rotate the feet alternately as if riding a bicycle.
