  11 AM: Massage Sanyinjiao for the spleen

  

  Sanyinjiao is an acupoint on the spleen meridian. One of the spleen's main functions is to eliminate dampness and toxins from the body. At 11 AM each day, when the spleen meridian is most active, massaging the Sanyinjiao acupoint on both legs for 20 minutes each can help eliminate dampness and toxins from the body.
