  1. Standard positioning:

  The Tian Chong acupoint is located on the head, 2 inches above the posterior border of the ear, and about 0.5 inch behind the Shuai Gu acupoint.

  1. Use the index finger of both hands to press the Tian Chong acupoint, once in the morning and once in the evening, pressing for 3-5 minutes each time. This method can treat swollen and painful gums.
