  Location: The midpoint between the most prominent bone at the back of the neck and the shoulder joint line.

  

  Technique: Use the middle finger to press the Jianjing acupoint on the opposite side and rotate the arm on the same side as the Jianjing acupoint. The pressure should be "comfortably painful".
