 1. Location: The Neiting Acupoint is located on the dorsum of the foot, between the 2nd and 3rd toes, at the junction of the red and white skin.

 2. Acupoint selection: Sit upright or lie supine, and select the acupoint on the dorsum of the foot between the second and third metatarsal joints, at the intersection of the skin color.

 3. Anatomy of the acupoint: The Neiting Acupoint is located below the skin, subcutaneous tissue, extensor digitorum brevis muscle, and the gap between the second metatarsal bones. It is supplied by the dorsum venous network. The cutaneous distribution is provided by the lateral branch of the sural nerve.

 【Massage Techniques for Neiting Acupoint】

 1. Massage: Use the fingertips to press the Neiting Acupoint for 2-3 minutes. Long-term massage can improve bad breath and abdominal distension.
