Natural Facial Massage Techniques for Slimming the Face

【Massage Techniques】

1. Place both hands above the forehead with the index fingers forming a V shape. Use the middle fingers to press down on the nose for about ten seconds. Then, use the middle and ring fingertips of both hands to push from the tip of the nose to the forehead. Hold for about ten seconds and then return to the original position.
