① Place one hand's palm on the opposite side of the wind pool acupoint, and massage back and forth from the wind pool acupoint to the opposite wind pool acupoint. Massage 10 times.

② Place the three fingers of one hand on the opposite side of the wind pool acupoint, and massage from the wind pool acupoint to the opposite side with downward pressure. Repeat 10 times. Then, use the same technique and force to massage the wind pool acupoint on the other side 10 times.
