Colon Massage

The simplest and most effective way to promote bowel movements is abdominal massage. The specific method is to place one palm on top of the other palm, on the upper abdomen. Rotate in a clockwise direction for 15 times, then counterclockwise for 15 times; move to the lower abdomen and repeat the same method. After that, push from the upper abdomen to the pubic bone joint 20 times. It is important to empty the bladder before the massage, relax during the massage, and not apply too much force. Massage techniques for kidney reflex zones:

① Pull the ears with both hands. Pull the right ear upwards over the top of the head with the left hand several times, then do the same with the left ear using the right hand.

② Swipe the ears with both hands. Use both hands to swipe the ears from back to front, making a "rubbing" sound. This stimulation can activate the kidneys. Do this 20 times each time, and with persistent practice, you will be able to nourish the kidneys. ③ Cover the ears with both hands. Place both palms over the ears and tap the back of the head with the fingers, tapping 24 times. You will hear a "rumbling" sound, which is called "beating the heavenly drum."

④ Rub the ears. Hold the earlobes with both hands and gently rub them until they become warm. Then, pull the earlobes downward and release. Do this 2-3 times a day, 20 times each time. This method can improve blood circulation in the ears and activate the kidneys. With regular practice, you will see results.

Foot Massage

The simplest and most practical foot massage method is to place suitable-sized pebbles in a basin while washing your feet at night. Step on them for about 20 minutes to achieve a good foot massage effect.
