Tianchong Acupoint is located on the head and is used to treat headaches, epilepsy, and gum pain. Let's take a look at the specific treatment methods and precautions for these diseases along with the editor!

Tianchong Acupoint

Tian refers to the blood and qi in the head.

Chong refers to the movement of blood and qi resembling a jet.

This acupoint is named as such because the qi and moisture from the Shuai Gu acupoint are absorbed and then expanded and jetted into various parts of the body.

The substance of this acupoint is the moisture carried by the Shuai Gu acupoint. After reaching this acupoint, the moisture expands and jets into the heavenly parts outside the Gallbladder meridian due to the external heat entering the acupoint, hence the name.
