1. Pinch the Wrist

To find the Laogong acupoint, turn your hand over with the back of your hand facing up, and observe the side of your wrist where your little finger is. 2. Pinch the Fingers
These acupoints are located on both sides and in the middle of the thumb joint. The Mingyan acupoint and the Fengyan acupoint can improve acute conjunctivitis and also inhibit age-related cataracts.
For people who often experience eye fatigue, it is recommended to stimulate these three acupoints twice a day, using a moderate amount of pressure that causes slight pain.
3. Massage the Eyebrows
The Zanzhu acupoint has the effect of soothing the liver, brightening the eyes, awakening the brain, and improving symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, and eyelid twitching.
This acupoint is located in the depression on the inner edge of the eyebrow.
Before massaging, make sure to wash your hands to prevent eye infection. In addition, apply moderate pressure, causing a slight soreness is appropriate, to avoid applying excessive force and causing harm to the eyeball.
