Massage Therapy:

Stimulate the acupressure points on the liver, spleen, stomach, Zhongyuan, Liangqiu, and Zusanli with cupping therapy for 10 minutes. Alternatively, apply cupping therapy after puncturing the acupressure points with a three-edged needle, leaving the cups in place for 5 minutes. Do this once a day.

Additionally, locate the tender points on the back of the patient's spine, 1.5 inches away from the seventh thoracic vertebra to the twelfth thoracic vertebra. Use the flash cupping method on the tender points, following the procedure to create a vacuum and leave the cups in place for 5-10 minutes. Do this every other day.

This massage therapy for stomach health helps to warm and invigorate the middle energizer, dispel cold, relieve pain, nourish the spleen and stomach, and enhance gastrointestinal function.
