7. Press down on the inner corners of the eyes with your thumbs. Firmly press down on the inner corners of the eyes to tighten the muscles around the eyelids. Keep the eyes relaxed. Repeat 3 times, holding each movement for 3 seconds.

8. Gently press from the inner corners to the outer corners of the eyes. Firmly press the skin under the eyes, following the bone line. Press from the inner corners to the outer corners of the eyes. Repeat 3 times, holding each movement for 3 seconds.

9. Massage the eyelids along the brow bones. Use your index fingers to gently press along the upper edge of the eye sockets, massaging towards the outer corners of the eyes. Repeat 3 times, holding each movement for 3 seconds.
