1. Facial Exercises for Young People

The first set of facial exercises consists of eight sections and is more suitable for young people.

Section 1: Push and pull forehead exercise (30 times). Use the palms of both hands to press the cheeks on both sides of the face. Place the fingertips of the index, middle, ring, and pinky fingers of both hands in the middle of the forehead. Then push and pull with force towards the temples.

Section 2: Rubbing the Yintang point (40 times). Use the thumb of the left hand to press the point between the eyebrows, and place the other four fingers on the right side of the face. Use the thumb to rub up and down between the eyebrows.

Section 3: Pinching the nose (30 times). Use the thumb and index finger of the left hand to pinch the groove between the eyes, and then pinch the entire bridge of the nose with the thumb, index finger, and middle finger.

Section 4: Stretching, pulling, and massaging the corners of the eyes (40 times). Make a fist with both hands and extend the thumb and index finger. Stick the thumb and index finger of each hand together and place them on the muscles at the corners of the eyes. Use the thumb and index finger to scrape upwards and downwards 40 times, and then gently massage the muscles at the corners of the eyes with the thumbs of both hands for 40 times.

Section 5: Face patting (30 times). Place the palms of both hands on the face and apply firm pressure from the bridge of the nose to the roots of the ears.

Section 6: Facial slimming (30 times). Open the mouth in an "O" shape and make fists with both hands. Use the knuckles to vigorously pound and push the entire face from top to bottom.

Section 7: Facial tapping (30 times). Use the fingers of both hands to tap the forehead, the entire face, and the chin.

Section 8: Face slapping (30 times). Use the palms of both hands to slap the forehead and the entire face with a firm but gentle force.

 2. Facial Exercises for Middle-aged and Elderly People

The second set of facial exercises consists of four sections and is more suitable for middle-aged and elderly people. These exercises can improve blood circulation, promote metabolism, make the face rosy, reduce age spots, and keep the mind clear.

Section 1: Face rubbing exercise (30 times). Use the palms of both hands to vigorously rub and massage the forehead, the entire face, and the chin.

Section 2: Forehead combing exercise (30 times). Bend the index fingers of both hands into an arc and place them below the forehead. Then use force to grab and pull towards the head, reaching the back of the head. Use all ten fingers to push and grab from the temples to the back of the head for 30 times.

Section 3: Face scraping exercise (30 times). Use the index fingers of both hands to bend into a "7" shape. Scrape the forehead and the entire face in a circular motion.

Section 4: Face tapping exercise (30 times). Use the palms of both hands to gently tap the forehead and the entire face.

3. Facial Exercises for Office Workers and Students

The third set of facial exercises consists of seven sections and is suitable for office workers and students. These exercises can improve mood and make people feel happy.

Section 1: Eye exercises (30 times). Sit upright and move the eyes from left to right for 30 times, and then rotate the eyes clockwise for 30 times.

Section 2: Face rubbing exercise (30 times). Close the eyes and use the palms of both hands to rub the face vigorously in an upward, downward, left, and right motion.

Section 3: Neck rotation and neck lifting exercise. Rotate the neck clockwise and sway the neck from side to side 20 times each, and then push the neck forward 20 times.

Section 4: Head grabbing, holding, and pinching exercise. Bend all ten fingers into an arc and use force to grab and pinch the forehead to the back of the head for 30 times.

Section 5: Finger rubbing exercise (30 times). Place the fingertips of both hands on the forehead, and rub, knead, and push from top to bottom.

Section 6: Face tapping exercise (30 times). Use the palms of both hands to gently tap the forehead and the entire face.

Section 7: "O" mouth exercise (30 times). Open the mouth and move it from a small "O" shape to a big "O" shape for 30 times to exercise the facial muscles.
