Flawless Beauty: The Secrets to Perfect Bust Care and Enhancement

Bras should be washed daily in summer and at least twice a week in winter to maintain breast hygiene.

Massage:

Exercise:

1. Office exercises: Sit up straight with your back against the chair, place your hands on your knees, then raise your hands to a vertical position and stretch your head and hands as far up as possible while keeping your waist upright. Practice this exercise during breaks and you will see results after a period of time.

2. Daily exercises: Rotate and massage around the breasts before going to bed or when waking up until the skin around the breasts becomes slightly red and warm. Finally, pull the nipples several times. This stimulates the entire breasts, including the milk ducts, fatty tissue, and connective tissue, making the breasts fuller and more elastic.

3. Breast enlargement exercises: Use your fingers to circle around the tissues surrounding the breasts and hold for 3 seconds each time. Then, press down in a parallel motion from the cleavage area to the outer part of the breasts, making an 8-shaped massage between the two breasts. Repeat 8-10 times.

4. Exercises to lift the chest curve: Stand straight, raise your right hand and stretch it upwards, while extending your right foot downwards. Hold for five seconds, then switch to stretching the left hand and left foot, extending the body as much as possible. Repeat this exercise about five times on each side.
