1. Friction method: Close the four fingers together and separate the thumbs, with the fingertips touching the skin. First, massage from the neck and shoulders to the armpits, then rub from the lower chest upwards and outwards, and then rub from the nipple to the lymph nodes under the armpit. Gently rub once, then increase the pressure, and finally reduce the pressure, massage three times in total.
2. Kneading method: Close the four fingers together and separate the thumbs, forming a clamp shape, with the fingers close to the skin. Start with kneading, from the neck, shoulders, and sides of the chest to the breasts, focusing on being gentle. Then focus on kneading, kneading, and pinching various muscle groups along the direction of the lymphatic system, and finally return to the lymph nodes under the armpit. Repeat this for 3-5 minutes. When kneading, use the strength of the fingers and palms to penetrate the deep muscles and ligaments.
3. Acupressure method: Use the thumb, index finger, or middle finger, or the knuckles of different sizes to rotate and massage the chest, neck root, and shoulders, and then press the relevant acupoints, such as Qihu acupoint, Kufang acupoint, Tanzhong acupoint, etc. When applying acupressure, rotate and knead first, press the acupoint for 10 seconds, repeat 2-3 times, and finally massage once with the kneading method. It is best to avoid the breasts with the acupressure method. If you need to perform the procedure on the breasts, be gentle.
4. Shaking method: One is to stand upright, relax the shoulders, let the arms hang naturally, and shake the shoulders up and down, causing the arms and chest to shake; the other is to close the four fingers together and separate the thumbs, and shake the breasts or pectoral muscles with the palms. Perform each method for 1-2 minutes.
5. Breast bath massage:
(1) Adjust the bath water to around 40℃, slightly higher than body temperature.
(2) Enter the bathtub and scrub the whole body with a cotton gauze glove to make the whole body warm.
(3) Massage the breasts with hands.
(4) Hold a brush and brush the breasts along the line below the breasts in an arc.
(5) Open the large shower head, brush and rinse the breasts, and apply moisturizing cream after bathing. Use both hands to gently massage in a clockwise direction for 10 minutes. You can also gently wipe with a cold towel to tighten the skin.
(6) If the breasts are too small, you can use alternating cold and hot compresses with a towel, alternating every 10 minutes.
(7) If the breasts are too large, take a cold shower.
(8) If the breasts sag, it is best to shower from the lower part of the breasts and massage in a circular motion around the nipples to increase tissue tension and make the breasts firm.
