Kneading Massage for Breast Enhancement
Step 1:
Before massaging, take a shower to clean your body. Wash your hands and body thoroughly, then dry your body and go topless. Apply massage cream or breast enhancement oil evenly on your breasts.
Step 2:
Spread your ten fingers and put your hands on the bottom of one breast each. Slowly push from the bottom towards the nipple. Alternatively, cover one nipple with the palms of your hands, and use your five fingers to press on the bottom of the breast in a radial pattern, pulling towards the nipple. Repeat this 30 times or more.
Step 3:
Cup your breasts with both hands and draw circles in a clockwise direction starting from the bottom of the breasts. Apply some pressure while drawing the circles and repeat this 30 times or more. After completing this, draw circles in a counterclockwise direction and repeat 30 times or more.
Step 4:
Use your index, middle, and ring fingers to draw circles from the top of the breast to the bottom, and when returning to the top of the breast, continue pushing upwards to the collarbone. Repeat this 30 times.
Pushing Massage for Breast Enhancement
Step 1:
Separate your four fingers and keep your thumb apart. Place your four fingers on the nipples and massage in a radial pattern for more than 1 minute. It is important to note that when massaging for breast enhancement, the movements should be gentle and not too forceful to avoid damaging the skin.
Step 2:
Place your left palm below your right collarbone and slowly push downwards to the base of the breast, pause for a moment at the base, and then push back to below the collarbone. Repeat this breast enhancement motion 3 times, then switch to the right palm below the left collarbone and repeat the same motion.
Step 3:
Place your right palm on the inner side of the left breast cleavage and push from right to left towards the left armpit. Then push back from the armpit to the cleavage. Repeat this 3 times. After completing this, switch to the left palm on the inner side of the right breast cleavage and repeat the same motion.
