Black Sesame and Goji Berry Drink

Ingredients: 20g black sesame, 20g goji berries, 15g polygonum multiflorum, 10g chrysanthemum flowers, 5g rock sugar.

Instructions: Wash the black sesame thoroughly and put it in a sand pot with goji berries, polygonum multiflorum, and chrysanthemum flowers. Add water and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes. Add rock sugar and continue simmering for another 20 minutes. Take 1 dose every morning for 10 days. Stop taking during menstruation and continue regular consumption throughout the year.
