Here are several food therapy recipes with the function of darkening hair, for everyone to choose from.
Longan and Lotus Seed Porridge: 10g of longan flesh, 15g of lotus seeds, 10g of Chinese dates, 50g of glutinous rice. Cook them into porridge and consume twice a day for 15-30 days.
Sesame and Jujube Paste: 1000g of black sesame, 500g of jujube (without skin and pit). Crush the jujubes into a paste and mix it with the black sesame. Consume twice a day, 9g each time.
Fo-ti, Goji, and Jujube Egg: 20g of Fo-ti, 15g of goji berries, 6 jujubes, 2 eggs. Cook the herbs with the eggs until they are done, remove the herbal residue, and consume the egg and drink the soup. Take one dose daily for 10-15 days.
Sesame and Walnut Sugar Block: 250g of black sesame, 250g of walnut kernels, 250g of rock sugar. Roast and grind the black sesame and walnut kernels into a powder. Fo-ti Chicken Soup: 1 black-bone chicken (about 600g), 50g of Fo-ti, 50g of Chinese yam, ginger and yellow wine as needed. Slaughter the black-bone chicken and remove the inedible parts. Stuff the Fo-ti and Chinese yam into the chicken's belly, add ginger and yellow wine in a clay pot, add about 1000ml of water, bring it to a boil over high heat, then simmer until tender. Season with salt and consume. Take one dose every two days, with 7 doses being one course of treatment.
