Thorough cleansing: Good hair washing habits will give you a healthy head of hair. Remember to pour the shampoo into your palm and rub it to create lather before using your fingertips to distribute the lather among the strands of hair to avoid scalp damage. Gently massage the hair with your fingertips, even when rinsing, do not rub vigorously. The water temperature should not be too hot to prevent excessive dryness of the hair and scalp.

Deep conditioning: Hair serum can protect the hair strands, while hair conditioner can repair damaged hair. When applying hair serum, gently pat dry the excess moisture first, then apply the serum to the ends of the hair, leave it for a while, and then rinse it off. For proper deep conditioning, it can be done once a week. Apply the conditioner from the roots to the ends of the hair, avoiding the scalp. If additional moisturization is needed, wrap the hair with a towel to promote nutrient absorption, leave it on for about 10-15 minutes, and then rinse with warm water.

Proper blow-drying: When the hair is wet, the cuticles are open, and using a comb can easily damage the hair. Therefore, after washing the hair, gently pat dry the excess moisture with a towel before blow-drying. When blow-drying, the nozzle should not be too close to the hair, a distance of 10-15 centimeters is ideal. If you want to add thickness or height to your hairstyle, here is a tip: blow-dry the hair in the opposite direction to make the hair more voluminous.
