Effective Acupoints and Scraping Techniques for Slimming Legs

1. Leg Acupoints

First, you need to master the effective acupoints for slimming the legs.

(1) Fu Tu Acupoint: Above the knee on the outer side of the thigh, it is the position where the muscle tightens and protrudes like a rabbit's head.

(2) Xue Hai Acupoint: When the thigh muscles are tightened, it is the position that bulges on the inner side above the knee. Pressing it will cause a sense of pain.

2. Scraping Techniques for the Legs

Start scraping from the acupoints at the root of the thighs, and scrape diagonally downwards using a scraping board. The acupoints on both legs must be scraped symmetrically, which means that you have to finish scraping the same acupoint on both legs before moving on to the next acupoint. The scraping board should be held at a 90-45 degree angle with the direction of scraping.
