1. Fatigue
According to traditional Chinese medicine, fatigue is closely related to the imbalance of the five organs. For example, soreness and weakness in the waist and legs are related to the kidneys, shortness of breath and weakness are related to the lungs, lack of endurance is related to the liver, mental fatigue is related to the heart, and physical fatigue is related to the spleen. Therefore, the key to treating subhealth fatigue is to regulate the five organs.
A. Scraping the head:
1. Start from the Baihui point and gently scrape towards the four Shencong points, scraping each direction 10-20 times. You can also use combing method to scrape from the Baihui point towards the surrounding areas. 2. Use the corner of the scraping board to press, knead and rub the Baihui, Taiyang, and Tianzhu points, massaging each point for 1-3 minutes. 3. Use straight line scraping method to scrape from the Fengfu point to the Shendao point 10-20 times, with a focus on scraping the Dazhui point. 4. Use arc line scraping method to scrape the Gallbladder meridian on the side of the neck, from the Fengchi point to the Jianjing point, scraping each side 20-30 times.
B. Scraping the back:
Use straight line scraping method to scrape the Bladder meridian on both sides of the spine, with a focus on scraping the Xinshu, Pishu, Weishu, and Shenshu points, scraping each side 10-20 times.

C. Scraping the limbs:
1. Use straight line scraping method to scrape the Large Intestine meridian on the outer side of the forearm, and use pressure and kneading techniques on the Hegu, Quchi, and Shousanli points. 2. Use straight line scraping method to scrape the Neiguan point of the Pericardium meridian, and then scrape the Zusanli point of the Stomach meridian and the Xuehai and Sanyinjiao points of the Spleen meridian on the outer side of the lower leg, scraping each side 10-20 times.
2. Insomnia
Traditional Chinese medicine categorizes insomnia as "sleeplessness" and "inability to sleep", believing that it is mostly caused by the seven emotions, such as anger, sadness, fear, and worry, which lead to the disharmony between the heart and kidneys, and the liver fire flaring up. Scraping therapy can nourish the heart and calm the mind, soothe the liver and relieve depression, and relax the body and mind, thereby improving insomnia.
A. Scraping the head and neck:
1. Use two scraping boards to scrape from the middle of the forehead towards the left and right sides of the hairline, gently scraping 10-20 times, and use the corner of the board to press and knead the Shen Ting, Yin Tang, Yu Yao, and Tou Wei points. 2. Scrape from the temple to the ear and then towards the back of the head and the Fengchi points, scraping each side 10-20 times. 3. Start from the Baihui point and scrape towards the four Shencong points, scraping each direction 10-20 times. 4. Use the corner of the scraping board to press and knead the Fengchi and Anmian points.
B. Scraping the back:
1. Use straight line scraping method to scrape the Du meridian in the middle of the spine, from the Dazhui point to the Zhiyang point 10-20 times. 2. Use straight line scraping method to scrape from the Yuzhen point to the Geyu point, scraping each side 20-30 times, with the aim of inducing Sha. 3. Scrape the Shendao and Xinshu points.
C. Scraping the limbs:
1. Use straight line scraping method to scrape the Heart meridian on the inner side of the forearm, scraping each side 10-20 times, with a focus on scraping the Shenmen point. 2. Use straight line scraping method to scrape the Spleen meridian on the inner side of the lower leg, from the Yinlingquan point to the Sanyinjiao point, scraping each side 10-20 times, and press and knead the Sanyinjiao point.
3. Neck and Shoulder Pain
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that neck and shoulder pain is caused by stagnation of Qi and blood in the neck and shoulder area. Scraping therapy can relax tendons and activate collaterals, promote blood circulation, improve local metabolism, relax stiff muscles, and adjust subhealth conditions.
A. Scraping the neck and shoulders:
1. Use straight line scraping method to scrape the Du meridian, starting from the Fengfu point and going to the Dazhui point, and scrape the Bladder meridian from the Yuzhen and Tiantu points to the Dazhu and Fengmen points, scraping downwards from the upper back of the head and the spinous process on both sides, scraping each side 15-20 times. 2. Use arc line scraping method to scrape the Gallbladder meridian, starting from the Fengchi and Yutong points and going downwards through the Jianjing point, scraping towards the shoulder, scraping each side 15-20 times.
B. Scraping the back:
Use straight line scraping method to scrape the Bladder meridian, from the Yuzhen point through the Tianzhu, Dazhu, Fengmen, and Feishu points to the Jueyinshu point. Scrape the Jianzhongshu and Tianla points, scraping each side 15-20 times.
C. Scraping the limbs:
1. Along the Large Intestine meridian on the hand, scrape from the shoulder to the Hegu point, scraping 15-20 times. Press and knead the Hegu point. 2. Use straight line scraping method to scrape the Stomach meridian on the inner side of the foot, from the Zusanli point to the Tiaokou point, scraping each side 15-20 times.
