Adjustment of the mentality

Moderate exercise

During the holiday period, the body and mind relaxed, less exercise, the whole body's metabolism slowed down, the whole person becomes "lazy", after the holiday, you can do aerobic exercise, such as fast running, gymnastics, playing ball, etc., so that their heartbeat accelerated, sweating, can help the body to consume some energy, chase away exhaustion and depression, regain vitality, to deal with post-holiday syndrome.
