Precautions

Diet regimen

After the symptoms have disappeared, eat foods such as white rice, non-stimulating vegetables and bananas to regain strength. To restore the normal flora of the digestive tract, eat kefir and live lactobacillus foods without additives or take lactobacillus capsules. Avoid unfermented dairy products as they are not good for digestion.

Complementary treatment

How to prevent food poisoning

Hands should be washed before preparing any food, and any utensils used to handle fish, meat should be cleaned after use.
