The treatment of sprains is fast and can reduce swelling, relieve pain and disperse blood stasis. This method is not suitable for people with traumatic skin injuries.

Within 24 hours of the sprain, you can put an ice pack into a towel and ice the affected area for 20 minutes, and then ice it for 30 minutes at intervals to constrict blood vessels and relieve swelling and pain. Do not continue to ice, so as not to cause local tissue necrosis. 48 hours later, then apply hot compresses to accelerate local blood circulation, reduce pain, so that the exudate between the tissues as soon as possible to absorb. You can soak your feet in hot water or place a hot water bag inside a towel for 20 minutes, once or twice a day.
