The Best Ways to Enjoy Fuling: From Porridge to Cake and More

Fuling, also known as Poria cocos, is a common traditional Chinese medicine with the functions of diuresis, spleen-benefiting, and mind-calming. Fuling Porridge

Ingredients

100g glutinous rice, 30g Fuling, 30g jujube (dried).

Instructions
