First Pose: Full Locust Pose

Lie face down with your thighs at a 90-degree angle, with the pillow between your lower legs. Inhale and lift your upper body and legs as high as possible off the ground, maintaining for 4 breaths. Exhale and return to starting position.

Second Pose: Boat Pose

Fourth Pose: Inversion Pose

Lie on your back with the pillow under your hips, and your legs vertically against the wall, maintaining for 2-5 minutes.
