Sitting Exercises: A Chair Workout for Office Workers

There are many ways to lose weight, and the method described below is most suitable for women working in office jobs, who spend 4/5 of their 8-hour workday sitting. Who says you can't exercise while sitting? In fact, a healthy lifestyle can start from the chair.

Sitting Meditation Exercise: Sit on the edge of a chair, with your thighs and calves forming a right angle. Place your hands under your buttocks, supporting your body and lifting your buttocks off the chair while keeping your back straight and tightening your buttocks. Use your arms to push your body up and straighten your arms.

Keep your body straight, take a deep breath, and straighten your waist while contracting your abdomen. Maintain this position for 2-3 seconds, and repeat 4-8 times. Sit on a chair, place your hands on your waist, keep both feet on the ground, and rotate your waist to the maximum extent left and right. Repeat 8-12 times. This exercise can strengthen the muscles and flexibility of the waist and abdomen, prevent back pain, and effectively eliminate excess subcutaneous fat and beautify the waistline.
