Simple Methods for Daily Exercise and Health

Many people say, "I don't exercise because I don't have time or a convenient place." In fact, in our daily lives, there are many simple methods that can also help us exercise and stay healthy. Below, I will introduce some daily exercise and health methods that have been summarized by ancient people.

 

(1) Combing the Hair Method: Bend the fingers of both hands slightly and form a claw shape, then gently comb the hair from the front of the head to the back. This can be done repeatedly. It can improve blood circulation in the head, prevent and treat high blood pressure, and improve intelligence.

 

(2) Face Bathing Method: Close your eyes and rub the palms of your hands back and forth 18 times. Then, massage the temples from both sides of the nose to the forehead, and then massage towards the temples on both sides. Finally, massage the jaw. Repeat this face bath 18 times. It can keep the facial skin shiny and elastic, and eliminate wrinkles.

 

(3) Eye Exercise Method: Open your eyes and slowly move your eyeballs up and down, left and right, and near and far, each for 18 times. Then, rotate your eyeballs clockwise and counterclockwise, each for 18 times. It can improve vision and prevent eye diseases.

 

(4) Nose Rubbing Method: Place the middle fingers of both hands on both sides of the nostrils and gently rub 36 times. It can prevent and treat colds and rhinitis.

 

(5) Tooth Knocking Method: Tap the upper and lower incisors and the sides of the molars 48 times, with gentle force. It can prevent dental diseases.

 

(6) Tongue Stirring Method: Close your lips lightly, place your tongue outside the teeth and inside the lips, and slowly rotate it in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction, each for 18 times. It can prevent periodontal disease.

 

(7) Swallowing Saliva Method: Swallow the saliva in the mouth slowly into the stomach. It can help digestion.

 

(8) Head Lifting Method: Slowly lift the head from the front to the back, repeat this 18 times. It can prevent and treat cervical spondylosis.

 

(9) Ear Popping Method: Cover the external auditory meatus of both sides with the palms of your hands and gently lift and drop. It can prevent eardrum retraction and ear diseases.

 

(10) Abdominal Rubbing Method: Place the palms of both hands on the navel, and rub the abdomen in a clockwise direction 12 times, then in a counterclockwise direction 12 times. It can prevent and treat liver, gallbladder, stomach, and intestinal diseases. (Note: For constipation, rub the abdomen clockwise; for diarrhea, rub the abdomen counterclockwise.)

 

(11) Waist Twisting Method: Place the palms of both hands gently on the kidneys at the sides of the waist, and slowly rotate in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction 6 times each, then twist the waist to the left and right 6 times each. It can prevent and treat lumbar spondylosis and lumbar muscle strain.

 

(12) Anus Lifting Method: Inhale slowly to contract the abdomen and lift the anus, exhale slowly to expand the abdomen and relax the anus. Repeat this 18 times. It can prevent and treat hemorrhoids and urinary and fecal incontinence.

 

(13) Shoulder Shaking Method: Move both arms back and forth and up and down 18 times. It can prevent and treat shoulder periarthritis.

 

(14) Knee Squatting Method: Slightly bend the knees and then straighten them, repeat this up and down 18 times. It can prevent and treat arthritis and strengthen the leg muscles.

 

(15) Heel Bouncing Method: Slowly raise both heels and hold for a while, repeat this 18 times. It can prevent and treat physical weakness.
