Don't Neglect Your Ankles: Exercises for a Well-Rounded Lower Body

If you have attractive calves but your ankles don't match, it will greatly reduce the overall appeal of your lower body. So let's not neglect the ankles and start exercising them!

1. First, grab your toes with your hands and slowly rotate your ankle clockwise. Then rotate it counterclockwise. Repeat this movement about 10-15 times.

2. Use your ankles to practice writing. Start with simple letters and gradually move on to more complex ones. You can also draw circles.

3. Sit on the ground with your feet together, both feet flat on the floor. Bend your toes towards the soles of your feet as much as possible and hold for about 5 seconds. Then bend them towards the tops of your feet and repeat this movement 15-20 times.
