Thigh Slimming Exercises

Lie on the floor with your legs raised at a 90-degree angle, and place your hands under your buttocks. Engage your lower abdominal muscles and lift your legs up. Do 8-10 repetitions for 2-3 sets. Adjust the number of repetitions based on your fitness level, as engaging the abdominal muscles can be challenging.

Leg and Butt Toning Exercises

Lie on your back with your knees bent and your hands by your sides. Keep your feet on the ground and lift your legs starting from your buttocks. Make sure your heels don't lift off the ground. Do 8-10 repetitions for 2-3 sets.

Butt Lifting and Leg Toning Exercises

Sit on a high chair (with a backrest) where your feet don't touch the ground. Place a telephone book between your feet and squeeze it, lifting it up to parallel with the floor, and then release. Do 8-10 repetitions for 2-3 sets.

Benefits: Helps tighten the upper side of the thighs.
