Ectomorph

This refers to individuals who are neither strong nor have any illnesses. Although generally healthy, these individuals often lack enthusiasm and perseverance for physical exercise. They may be afraid of sweating and find exercise troublesome. It is best for these individuals to choose activities that are lively, interesting, and effective in promoting physical fitness while stimulating and cultivating interest and enthusiasm for physical exercise. Younger individuals can choose sports like ball games, sports dance, martial arts, aerobics, and hiking. Middle-aged and elderly individuals can choose activities like dancing, aerobics, tennis, and billiards.
