To have a mermaid line you must have low body fat, and to have low body fat you can't not train your legs. The dumbbell program focuses on training the leg muscles and the abdominal obliques.

Training plan.

Each movement is done 15 times, 2 cycles, the first cycle can use lighter dumbbells, and then gradually increase the weight. 3 exercises per week.

Training muscles: gluteus maximus / hamstrings / quadriceps / internal and external abdominal obliques

Dumbbell lumber
