Elderly Tonic Wine Recipe: 45g Rehmannia glutinosa, 30g Lycium barbarum, 30g Poria cocos, 30g Dioscorea opposita, 30g Angelica sinensis, 15g Coix seed, 20g Sour jujube kernel, 20g Polygala tenuifolia, 20g Ophiopogon japonicus, 30g Lotus seed (seedless), 120g Longan flesh, 10g Illicium verum, 3g Syzygium aromaticum, 10g Foeniculum vulgare, 5kg White wine.

Method: Place the above ingredients in a fine mesh cloth bag and tie it tightly. Put the bag into a ceramic wine jar, pour in the white wine, and seal the jar. Heat it in a water bath until the herbs are fully soaked. Remove the jar and place it in a cool and dry place. Shake it a few times regularly. After 10 days, the jar can be opened and the clear wine can be consumed.

Usage: Drink 10-20ml of the wine warm in the morning and evening. After finishing the wine, you can add more white wine until the aroma becomes weak.

Effects: Nourishes the essence and blood, calms the mind and spirit. Suitable for those with physical emaciation, listlessness, dull complexion, poor appetite, soreness in the waist and knees, dizziness, and blurred vision caused by deficiency of essence and blood in middle-aged and elderly people.
