Fengcheng Chicken Blood Vine, also known as Lao Ren Jin, Guo Shan Long, and Mao Dou Jie Teng. It is recorded in "Jiangxi Herbal Medicine". It is the root and vine stem of the legume plant Millettla nitida Benth. var. hirsutissima Z.Wei. It is harvested in summer and autumn, and can be used fresh or dried.

【Appearance of prepared slices】It is round and flat, with the skin covering 1/4 to 1/3 of the cross-sectional radius, densely covered with reddish-brown gelatinous spots, yellow wood, duct-like holes arranged radially, and no pith. The periphery is grayish-brown with longitudinal lines. It is hard in texture, slightly fragrant, with a slightly bitter and astringent taste.
