Natural Face Masks for Brightening and Nourishing Skin

(1) Poria Honey Mask

Ingredients: 15g Poria Powder, 30g Honey

Method: Mix the honey and Poria powder into a paste. Apply it on the face before going to bed and wash it off with water in the morning.

Benefits: Poria helps to dissolve dark spots and scars. When used with honey, it nourishes the skin and lightens pigmentation.

(2) Three White Mask

Ingredients: 10g Bai Zhi Powder, 20g Bai Fu Ling Powder, 10g Bai Ji Powder, Honey or Milk as needed

Method: Mix the three powders together. In winter, add a suitable amount of honey. If it feels sticky, add a few drops of milk. In summer or for oily skin, mix with a suitable amount of milk. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes.

Benefits: Softens and whitens the skin, leaving it radiant and moisturized.

(3) Almond Poria Pack

Ingredients: 30g Almond Powder, 10g Poria Powder, 10g Lotus Seed Powder, Flour as needed

Method: Mix the three powders with flour evenly. Add warm water to make a thick paste. Apply it evenly on the face and leave it on for 20-30 minutes. Rinse off with water.

Benefits: Gives a smooth and youthful appearance, slows down skin aging.

(4) Silver Jade Mask

Ingredients: 5g Bai Zhi Powder, 5g Poria Powder, 5g Tremella Powder

Method: Mix Bai Zhi powder, Poria powder, and Tremella powder with water to make a paste. Apply this mask on the face before going to bed and wash it off the next morning. Use continuously for more than a month.

Benefits: Nourishes the skin, fades dark spots and scars.
