How to see what skin type you have

A correct understanding of your skin type is a prerequisite for good skin care and a very important step. In fact, it is not difficult to determine what skin type your skin is, you can determine the difference by the following methods.

Touch test method

When you wake up in the morning, touch your skin with your fingers to determine your skin type. Dry skin: touching the skin has an uneven and rough feeling. Oily skin: the skin has a greasy, sticky feeling when touched. Neutral skin: smooth and delicate skin when touched, not dry and not oily. Combination skin: Tight and rough feeling on both cheeks when touched, oily feeling on forehead, nose and chin.

Cleansing test method

After cleansing without using any skin care products, the skin quality is judged according to the duration of the tightness of the skin. Dry skin: The tightness lasts 40 minutes or longer after cleansing and disappears. Oily skin: Tightness disappears after 20 minutes of cleansing. Normal skin: Tightness disappears in about 30 minutes after cleansing.

Tissue test method

After cleansing the skin before going to bed without any skin care products, wipe the face gently with a tissue after waking up the next day to observe. Dry skin: No oil stains on the tissue. Oily skin: easy to leave a large oil stain on the tissue, corresponding to the forehead, nose, nose, chin, cheeks and other locations. Neutral skin: leaves only a few spots of oil on the tissue. Combination skin: It is easy to leave flaky oil stains on the center of the tissue.

Skin problem test method

Dry skin: easy to sunburn, dehydrated and dry, peeling, long wrinkles, inconspicuous pores. Oily skin: more oil in hot weather, dry and cold weather and lack of water, love to grow acne, acne, large pores. Neutral skin: not dry, not oily, smooth and elastic skin, less affected by the season. Combination skin: T-zone is easy to shine, oily skin problems; other parts are dry and dry skin problems. Sensitive skin: easy to localize redness, small pimples and redness in cold and heat during seasonal changes.
