 Old Duck and Bamboo Shoot Soup

Ingredients: 1 old duck (about 750g), 150g bamboo shoots, a few wolfberries.

Instructions: Clean the old duck and remove the internal organs. Remove the duck head, tail, and excess fat. Cut the duck into pieces and rinse with water for 20 minutes. Drain the water. Soak the bamboo shoots in water until soft, then wash and cut into shreds.
