Natural Soup Recipes for Healthy and Dark Hair

1. Hair Darkening Soup

10g processed Rehmanniae Radix, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Cacumen Biotae, Jujubae Fructus (pitted), fresh ginger, and green onion, each; 5g Moutan Cortex, Alismatis Rhizoma, Gastrodiae Rhizoma, and black pepper; 15g processed Polygoni Multiflori Radix, black sesame; 3g Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Carthami Flos; 20g Dodder Seed; 60g black beans, 5 peach kernels, 150g lamb meat, 500g lamb bones, appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate and salt. Preparation: Put the processed Rehmanniae Radix, Moutan Cortex, and other 13 herbs in a muslin bag and tie it; wash the lamb meat, blanch it, and put it in a pot with the lamb bones and the herbal bag. Add an appropriate amount of water, ginger, green onion, and black pepper, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, then simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Remove the herbal bag.
