Silver Ear Chicken Soup

Ingredients: 20g silver ear, 300ml chicken soup, a pinch of pepper

Instructions: Soak the silver ear in water for 6 hours, then wash and soak in warm water until fully expanded. Add the silver ear to the chicken soup and bring to a boil. Transfer to a steamer and steam over low heat for 30 minutes. Add a little pepper and it is ready to be served. Take once a day for best results.

Instructions: Put the orange peel in a cloth bag and boil with water along with black beans. Soak the white fungus, red dates, and golden needle flowers in warm water, then remove and add to the pot for stewing. Once the beans are cooked, stop the heat, add a little seasoning (light taste is preferred), remove the orange peel bag, and it is ready to be served. Take once a day and it can be consumed regularly.

Red Date Milk Cabbage Soup

Ingredients: 250g Chinese cabbage, 8 red dates, 100ml milk, 1 egg, rice wine, salt, chopped green onion as needed

Instructions: Wash the heart of the Chinese cabbage and cut into 5cm long segments. Blanch in boiling water and remove. Boil 2 bowls of water with red dates for half an hour to an hour. Add milk, salt, rice wine, and chopped green onion. Once boiling, add the cabbage and quickly stir in the egg to form egg flower. It can be consumed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
