1. Tremella and goji berry soup: Take 15g of tremella and 25g of goji berries, put them in a pot with an appropriate amount of water, simmer on low heat until it becomes a thick broth. Add a suitable amount of honey and simmer for another 5 minutes before consuming. Take it once every other day, along with an equal amount of warm water.
