Extend the forearm with the palm facing up. Kongzui is located on the inner side of the forearm, at 5/12 of the distance between the acupoint Chize and the line connecting Taixuan.
Location of Chize: In the depression on the radial side of the brachial biceps tendon at the elbow crease.
Location of Taixuan: At the radial side of the wrist crease, where the radial artery pulsates.
Acupoint selection method: Measure 7 inches from the wrist crease, which is 12 inches from the wrist crease to the elbow joint. First, find the midpoint of the line connecting the wrist crease to the elbow joint (6 inches from the wrist crease), and then use the thumb to measure a distance of 1 finger width upward.
