Tianma + Chuanxiong
Chuanxiong has a spicy taste and warm nature. It has the effects of promoting blood circulation, relieving pain, and dispelling wind. When Tianma and Chuanxiong are combined, they have the functions of harmonizing qi and blood, resolving phlegm and stasis, and promoting blood circulation to relieve pain. It is more effective for headaches caused by liver qi stagnation.
Formula:
30g Chuanxiong, 10g Tianma, 10g Jiaocan, 6g Chaihu, 3g Baijiezi, 2 centipedes, 3g Yuliren, 6g Baishao, 3g Gancao, 6g Xiangfu, 15g Baizhi.
Method:
Grind the above herbs into fine powder, take 3g each time, 3 times a day, orally. 2 weeks is one course of treatment.
Tianma + Banxia
Banxia Bazhu Tianma Tang has the effects of resolving phlegm, extinguishing wind, invigorating the spleen, and eliminating dampness. 4.5g Banxia, 3g Tianma, 3g Fuling, 3g Ju Hong, 9g Baizhu, 1.5g Gancao.
Usage:

Tianma + Gouteng
Tianma Gouteng Yin has the effects of clearing heat, calming the liver, and subduing yang. It is mainly used to treat conditions such as liver heat, liver yang hyperactivity, headaches, dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, and dreams, or hemiplegia, red tongue with a thin coating, and wiry and rapid pulse. It is currently used for hypertension.
