Anemia is a common disease in children. Children with anemia often exhibit symptoms such as restlessness, crying, loss of appetite, bloating, malnutrition, and frequent colds. In addition to paying attention to daily life and diet, massage therapy can also help alleviate pediatric anemia. Below, we will teach you the massage techniques for pediatric anemia.

Causes and Pathogenesis of Pediatric Anemia

According to traditional Chinese medicine, the digestive function of the spleen and stomach in children is not fully developed. Improper diet can easily damage the digestive function of the spleen and stomach, leading to the inability to transform food into qi and blood, resulting in anemia.

Massage the following acupoints to nourish the spleen and stomach and alleviate pediatric anemia.
