Tips for parents

1. Parents should pay attention to their child's diet and avoid giving them spicy foods. Instead, provide them with foods rich in vitamin C and B, such as green vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes, apples, peaches, pears, beans, eggs, and dairy products, to strengthen the elasticity of blood vessels and prevent rupture and bleeding.

2. Parents should prohibit their children from frequently blowing their nose or picking their nose to avoid damaging the blood vessels in the nasal mucosa and causing bleeding.

3. Parents should massage the child's nose regularly if they frequently experience nosebleeds. Use gentle pressure to massage the skin of the nose and face 1-2 times a day.
