Tips
1. Vomiting in children not only reflects functional or organic diseases of the digestive tract, but it is also often accompanied by diseases of other systems. Therefore, it is necessary to inquire about the medical history in detail, conduct a thorough examination, and perform comprehensive analysis to make a clear diagnosis and closely observe changes in the condition.
2. Severe vomiting can cause the child to experience respiratory pause and suffocation. If not properly cared for, vomit can be inhaled into the respiratory tract, leading to secondary respiratory diseases such as aspiration pneumonia. Repeated vomiting can also cause dehydration and acidosis. At this time, comprehensive treatment should be carried out in conjunction with other therapies.
