Pinch the Spine 5 times

Location: From the coccyx to the end of the spine in a straight line.

Technique: Pinching method is commonly used on the back, also known as pinching the spine method. The thumb is behind, and the index and middle fingers are in front. The three fingers simultaneously pinch the skin with force, and the hands alternately twist and slowly move forward.

Operation: Pinch from the end of the spine to the Dazhui acupoint in the neck, lightly lift once every 3 times of alternately twisting, sometimes you can hear the sound of "ba, ba", pinch 3-5 times until the skin becomes reddish and slightly congested. Do not lift when pinching for the first and last time.
