Tips

1. If the child experiences muscle soreness along with self-sweating, parents can help alleviate the pain by giving the child a muscle massage.

2. If the child sweats excessively, parents should ensure that the child drinks plenty of water to prevent dehydration. The child's diet should be light to effectively alleviate stomach heat. Parents should also try to keep the child's body clean and dry, and be cautious of catching a cold from drafts to avoid complications.
